Retention Science launched a new feature that would allow prospective clients to get a taste of the data science solutions at work. With just three datasets, we could show marketers inside the "black box" of data science to see the kind of insights our algorithms and predictive models would provide.
Users are told which datasets are needed, in what format.
Users are then provided login credentials to view report
after running data through the algorithms.
Upon login, users are able to view
insights discovered via RS models.
Retention Science found success in being able to visually demonstrate how
their technology translated data into insights, using real data from prospective clients.
The feature built credibility and sped up the sales cycle.
